This information is drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (for brevity “EU Regulation”) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data concerning you and which will be processed by Habitat Guesthouse which informs you of the following.

Privacy policy

Your personal-data will be treated as per the disciplinary law for the orders shipments, for the services assignment, for which the data recording is requested, and for other aims indicated in this dispatch. The treatment will be executed on the terms of correctness, allowance, transparency and tutelage of your private aspects.
The modality of treatment foresees the utilize of manual instruments , informatics and tele-computing means (included fax, telephone, with or without the operator assistance, e-mail, SMS and other communications systems: informatics or automated) granting security and reserve of your personal data.

According to the law art.7 D.Lgs. 196/03:
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the personal-data existence concerning himself, even if not yet registered, and their communication in readable form.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the information about:
a) personal-data origin;
b) the treatment purpose and modality;
c) the logic used in case of electronic system use;
d) the identification data of the owner, the responsible people and the person in charge according to the law article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the persons and associations to whom the personal-data can be transmitted or the eventual further transmission to other persons within the Country.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) data up-dating, data amendments, and ,when is interested , the integration of the data;
b) the deletion , the change into an anonymous form or the block of the data treated violating the law, included the ones for which the conservation related to the aims of the collection or subsequently treated is not needed;
c) the attestation that the people to whom the data have been diffused or communicated are aware of the procedure as per the letter a) and b) and their relevant contents, except the case in which this execution is impossible or requires an effort out of proportion in relation to the rights to respect.
4. The person concerned has the right to refuse completely or in part the treatment of his personal data:
a) for rightful grounds even if they are pertinent to purpose of the data collection;
b) for the sending of advertising material or direct sale or for market research or commercial communication.

Prior agreement, Bed&Breakfast Trento could treat your personal-data for the services execution, for which the recording is required, and for commercial purposes such as offers , promotions or all other kind of commercial aims processed by Bed&Breakfast Trento or other operators. In that case the transmission of the data is not compulsory and don’t cause any problem for the eventual order processing.

Personal-data treatment agreement
After having read the dispatch regarding the personal-data treatment, I agree that Bed&Breakfast Trento treats my personal-data for:
1- the conclusion, processing and any activity linked to orders I send;
2- the services execution for which the recording is required (for example, the post sale assistance, products updating, …)
3- commercial purposes such as offers, promotions or all other kinds of commercial aims processed by Bed&Breakfast Trento or other operators.

Bookings
