c) the attestation that the people to whom the data have been diffused or communicated are aware of the procedure as per the letter a) and b) and their relevant contents, except the case in which this execution is impossible or requires an effort out of proportion in relation to the rights to respect.
4. The person concerned has the right to refuse completely or in part the treatment of his personal data:

Prior agreement, Bed&Breakfast Trento could treat your personal-data for the services execution, for which the recording is required, and for commercial purposes such as offers , promotions or all other kind of commercial aims processed by Bed&Breakfast Trento or other operators. Personal-data treatment agreement
